Message: Do not hire from this company. At the Chrsitchurch depot we were offered a filthy, horrible vehicle that should have been consigned to that great scrapyard in the sky. When we turned up at the depot the other vehicles looked awful as well. Their "office" was a desk at the back of a filthy engineering works. In the vehicle, seats were torn and there was ingrained dirt everywhere. The vehicle was rejected and I'm now about $1000 down as they did not return all the money. We managed to hire, at short notice, a fantastic Maui vehicle for only $300 more. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS LOT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We hired a 5/6 Berth for travelling on both islands....we booked it through Fresh Rentals....best price and best services. We started calling it "Our Home". In addition to their wonderful services, not only did they reimburse our taxi rental from Auckland airport to their depot, but we were also given the vehicle for an additional day for free, and we just left it at the Christchurch airport to be picked up by the company itself. In love with adventure vans! Will surely book it again whenever went back! We were both very pleased with the facilities that your campervans offered to us! They were clean, tidy and fantastic to travel in!
