Rental Duration:
When calculating the number of days a vehicle is rented, the day of the pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time.
The day of the vehicle’s return is counted as the final day of the rental.

The minimum rental period is 7 days. Late pick-up or early return of the vehicle does not entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental.

Change of Vehicle:
Should the vehicle be unavailable through unforseen circumstances, Adventure Vans reserve the right to substitute and alternative vehicle.

Collection Depots:
For collection of you mini bus, please make your way to one of our depots as listed above (operating hours 8.00am to 4.30pm daily). Please advise if arrival is outside of these hours. Taxi services are available from both the Auckland and Christchurch airports and will cost approx NZ$40.00 one way.

Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations received within 14 days of pick-up will incur a fee of 15% of rental value.
No shows, 100% of hire will be charged.
